Post-C25K Loss of Motivation

Since I've completed C25K I found a training program at RunnersWorld.com where they build a training program for you by your current abilities and your goals. It started out going really well, but now I'm just worried I'm going to quit running as my motivation decreases.
My brother completed this program at the same time as me and hasn't ran a day after Week 9 Day 3. I asked him how he could just stop after working so hard, but he said he just didn't have time to run at this moment. I don't want to follow his example!
As the excitement of becoming a new runner has wore off, what have you guys done to keep your motivation up? Any ideas are helpful!

For me it's about setting goals, and then achieving them. Most of the goals were race related (first 10k race, first 10k race under 60 minutes, first half marathon etc).
Also try and join a running group if there is one in your area. I find it easier to get motivated to run with the group, than a solo run.
And remember...lack of time is no excuse. I have gone out at 4:30 in the morning and 10:30pm at night to make sure I get my run in. If there's a will, there's a way.

Are there races in your area? That's my motivation. If I've sent in my registration fee, I will run it, and if I will run it, I need train for it!!
Next up: More 5k running!

ditto to the posts above :)
I did my first 5k race in June, and now, I have just signed up for a 10k in October. I need a goal to keep me going. Also, the more people I tell about it, the more accountability I have!

I got a gps watch, it's a big motivation to keep track of miles and such over time. I like to see my miles add up. I also signed up for a marathon in October, so that is motivation for me as well.
