Week 3 Day 3 - and introductions from a newbie
Reply Quote
Hi Folks,

I'm new to the board so I'll give a quick intro:

My name is Gary and I'm 38 years old. I quit smoking early in June and wanted to do something to capitalise on that success, and to motivate myself to stay smoke free. I weighed in at about 270lbs at that point.

I also used Robert Ullrey's podcast to motivate myself and to avoid having to run to my watch all the time. The first few weeks have been challenging, but not impossible, and I'm starting to surprise myself a little.

I completed week three this morning, and decided to join the board to get some extra motivation as the programme starts to intensify from week 4 onwards.

It's great to see so many other dedicated people, and I wish you all every success with your goals.

Gary
