I am a 58 year old woman who isnt great with computers. I have an ipod and exercise with it from music I buy from Itunes and that is as far as I go, I hear all about diffrenct exercise podcasts and I have even downloaded it onto my computer, but I don't know how to get it from my computer onto my little basic Ipod shuffle, can someone walk me through it

Try this skinnyps:
1) Open up itunes
2) Click on File --> Add File to Library
3) Browse to where you have your file located, and select it. Then click the "Open" button
4) If not already connected, connect the shuffle to your PC
4) On the left hand side of itunes, click on "Music"
5) Scroll down the track listings until you find the track you have just added to the system, select it, and drag it to the left hand side to your iPod. Release it.
The file should now be on your shuffle.
