I've been posting in the progress section and have been keeping a personal journal in blogspot.
Originally my blogspot journal was intended as simply a log for myself. Some of the notes are rather brief and cryptic with that in mind. However, I've decided to get beyond the bashful stage and open it up for the world to see.
I also am posting on a bit of a variety of topics, not just C25K.
As I go forward, I'll try to be mindful that others may read it as well, therefore will try to be a bit more articulate.
I hope it's helpful.

I've been enjoying your blog. I don't tend to leave comments on blogs, though.
