Week 6

Hi All,

Week 6 underway with day 1 completed. Felt very strong today, and it was nice to be able to ease off a little after week 5 day 3.

Week 6 Day 2 down and out.

Had a very good run this morning. I felt strong during both intervals, and even managed to maintain my target heart rate for the duration.

I did get a tad nostalgic though, as today was the last day of walk-breaks. I'm going to miss those little guys; we had some good times.

week 6, day 1 completed. I thought it was going to be easy after the 20 min run so I went too fast and it was actually really hard for me today.
Will do day 2 on Friday and the 25 minute run will have to be Monday now.

Not to worry Jenna,

You made it, and learned another valuable lesson.

Keep going.

I'm a 25 minute runner!

Managed to get by perfectly well today. I felt challenged, but by no means overawed.

Looking forward to week 7.

Awesome, Gary!
It's all down hill from there.  Maybe not literally, but figuratively it is!

Next up: More 5k running!
