Wow, I can't believe I'll be halfway through this week. I can't say it's easy--those 5 minute stretches are tough! I'm tempted to repeat a week, but I want to stick with the program...and I just hope it feels a bit better this week.  I'm wondering if anybody can give me pointers on form...sometimes my calves feel so sore and kind of heavy as I run...is that normal?
