Just wanted to share my experience with this particular watch. I bought it because it was affordable ($32 at Wal-Mart) and it has 9 interval timers. I currently have it set for two intervals. 90 seconds then 120 seconds and it repeats for 6 sets, basically making Week 2 of the C25K program much easier to manage. In Night Mode it also helps for me since I run at 4:30 am. If I move my wrist in a quick turning motion the indigo light comes on showing me where I stand in the rotation. There is even a separate beep alert so I know when I am supposed to begin running and then begin walking. Anyways, it helps me out since I don't like running with an IPOD or any MP3 device. I enjoy just letting my mind wander when I run and having the watch has been a great help. Thanks!
