Wow I really wasn't sure I'd actually make the whole 25 minutes, but I took my husband and my ipod and before long he gave me the signal that the time was up. I don't even feel that sore today I guess this program really does get you ready...

Update - Completed Week 7 and I'm very happy. Sometimes it did seem long but I was just surprised that I made it through. I don't see a real problem finishing out the program and just continuing to do 5k runs 3-4 times a week. Until Winter hits but I'll worry about that later :)

Thanks Melly! I honestly can't believe I've made it this far this goes to show anyone can do it :)
Edit - W8D! went good. I was really dragging in the first 15mins then I felt like I was on auto pilot and could really enjoy the route :) My husband says I have poor form anyone know of any resources to find what my form should be?

This is great Luz. Congratulations on making it to this point. I don't have any stats but I wouldn't be at all surprised that 90% of people that start on the program do not get as far as you have.
BTW, tell your husband that Batman say's his form isn't all that special either! ;.)
Keep Running! Cheers Batman

Hi Luz,
Congratulations on your great progress.
With respect to running form, I had a dig about on Youtube and found this:

It seems very good.

I saw the exact same video some days ago, I tried to change my "form" accordingly and it does feel better.
Just my opinion, I'm far from an expert on this subject :)

Well if it feels better then you probably will perform better right?

Sure. My previous way of running was probably also really bad, hunched over and looking too much at the ground.

Thanks well I've noticed one thing I could change already I tended to look at the ground in front of me (since I have a tendency to trip at times during walking :)
