Hi- Just wanted to say that I have actually stuck with it!  (you may remember me complaining about my knees a couple of months ago).  I have been taking it a little slow, just to make sure I didn't burn out -- I repeated a few days until I was sure I could move on.  And now I'm working on week 7 and planning to run in a 5k on Sept 20.  I ran 25 min for the 1st time today!  I'm so proud of myself because I almost gave in about 100 times but kept goin.  And now I'm pretty sure I'm gonna do it.  I've been reading the forum all along and getting inspiration from all of you, so thanks.  Just wanted to brag a little, even tho I know a lot of you are just as brag-worthy.  To those of you just starting out-  if I can do it, ANYONE can!  No, really!    Report
