Anyone have to sleep with CPAP? I do and wonder if after I complete the program if I will be able to ween off of it or will I be able to significantly reduce the air flow on it.

Thanks!

I have a CPAP machine but don't use it.  My doctor told me to start exercising and eventually I wouldn't need it.  You should ask your doctor too.  I decided not to use it cuz it was hard to get used to and I am weird, I believe if you act sick you stay sick so act health to get healthy.

That's a good point. I've been using mine for several years. It actually did help me. I was so tired before using it that I fell asleep and woke up in the median twice. After that I took it serious. I have an hour and fifteen minute commute one way so I couldn't risk it. I'm hoping by getting in better shape I can reduce the amount I use of it until I do not rely on it at all.
