08-26-2008, 3:35 AM agatha1939 Joined on 08-13-2008 Mississauga, Canada Posts 27 W1D1 again... EASIER??? Is that possible? Or am I dreaming? I repeated W1D1 yesterday again, after 3 days of rest due to soreness on my right thigh. So I did it and although still very hard, I could REALLY feel a difference, I was not *dying* after finishing it and I even noticed I was less tired after each run! This is unbeliavable, isn't it??? I really hope this is a good sign for the next days, I woke up this morning with NO pain at all, so if tomorrow I don't have another DOMS case, I will finally move on to my W1D2, yehhhh!!! I think I love running hehehe...    Report
