"Talk Comfortably" Pace.

I always wondered about this. I can run at a pace that I do not feel is exhausting me, but I do not think I could keep up a conversation while running at this pace. Sure, a sentence or two, but then I would need to wait a while before speaking again. Talking for any length of time would certainly wear me out.
Is this "talk comfortably" pace meant to convey that you are able to speak, to get through a sentence without cutting off for breath, or is it supposed to mean that you could lecture at length only taking normal pauses for breath?

Would suggest having a listen to some of the running podcasters who record their podcast while they are running, I think that will give you some idea of what you should be able to do. Steve Runner from the Phedippidations Podcast is a good example.
