W1D1 again... EASIER???

Is that possible?
Or am I dreaming?
I repeated W1D1 yesterday again, after 3 days of rest due to soreness on my right thigh. So I did it and although still very hard, I could REALLY feel a difference, I was not *dying* after finishing it and I even noticed I was less tired after each run! This is unbeliavable, isn't it???
I really hope this is a good sign for the next days, I woke up this morning with NO pain at all, so if tomorrow I don't have another DOMS case, I will finally move on to my W1D2, yehhhh!!!
I think I love running hehehe...

Well done Agatha,
It's nice to hear that you're having a positive experience.
Just hang in there, don't push yourself any harder than you can cope with, and you will make it.
Gary

I found the same.
I nearly died on my first run, yet the second was fairly breezy in comparison.
It's a nice feeling, right?
