Ok, please don't laugh. Yesterday I was sure my legs were going to fall off. After day 1 on Monday I woke up with VERY sore quadriceps on Tues. Yikes!! I assumed they'd be back to normal this morning but not really. I did stretch and got through day 2 though without any pain while running. My poor old muscles are just going to be taking a beating these first few weeks I"m afraid.
I have to say I LOVE Ullrey's podcast. The music is not anything I would normally listen to but it does work to keep you going.

That's my post for W1D2! wooohooo

Chris

Congrats on beginning the road from couch potato to 5K :)
I'm surely not laughing. The above could have been my exact story in week 1. I was rather sore the first couple of days, however my body quickly seemed to adjust to it. I also took the stretching afterwards a bit more seriously after the first day :)

As for ullrey's podcasts, it's not something I would have listened too normally either, but they have really helped me a lot. Don't think I would have gotten to week 4 without his encouraging words.

You can do it! :)
