Hi everyone,
Yesterday I did my W1D3, but I will repeat another day this Friday and start week 2 on Sunday. For some reason I was very "stiff" yesterday, not loose at all, I could feel the difference as soon as I started to run. But anyway, I did the 30 minutes and other than the stiffness (and waist cramps!), it was really good, I don't get too tired after the runs anymore (but let's see how it'll be when I move to week 2 hehehe).
Any suggestion about this weird "waist cramp" thing? It was hurting a lot during my runs, very strange. I'm not feeling anything this morning, so maybe it was a one-time thing?
Anyway, I love this program, I wish I had found out about it before!

How is your posture? Are you bending forward or backward at all? Maybe even left and right? When I started I had pains in a lot of my joints. They went away as my body got used to running.
