missed a week

I missed a week after I finished week 2 so I started back on week 2 again. Makes the program seem alot longer LOL The two weeks I ran gave me the energy and motivation to start taking more control of my diet and strength training, so I am combining the C25K with alternating days of training; one day is upper body, the next is lower with abs. I can already feel the changes in my body which is keeping me motivated.

I missed a week between 2 and 3.  Made me feel stronger cuz my legs had rest.  I don't recommend it when you get to week 6,7, 8 or 9 though.  I missed a week after week 9 cuz I went on vacation and it was very hard coming back that first time.
