Anyone else live on the Gulf Coast? I live on the Texas coast about 9 miles from the beach. This hurricane is not predicted to hit here, but we are still in it's range. I hope it doesn't ruin Week 4 for me :-(

I lived in Florida when Charley, Jeane and Francis hit us within 6 weeks. I think I would have liked to have a running program to work on while the power was out. Even when we got our power back the cable was off. The nice thing about a hurricane (if you can find one) is that it only lasts a few hours so it may ruin one day of running :) Good luck and hope you don't get hit. We had 4 hurricanes in the time I lived there and they're not to be taken lightly. On the same note, hurricane parties are the best parties!

I've only endured Alicia, Alison, and a newar miss by Rita. They were all pretty fun. I was young for Alicia and my family had everyone over staying with us and it was blast!
