what about running every day

Does one need to run every other day in order to be more sucessful, or can I run daily if I get the opportunity but only increase as I am following the schedule.
I have just completed week 4 day 1, it was really difficult and I kinda want to go every day for a bit because it was so hard to get that workout completed..

All guidance I've read says you should only go on alternate days so that the muscles get a chance to recover. This lessens the chance of injury.
Maybe consider some strength training on the off days.
