Honestly, I think W4 is the roughest one in the whole program. Take it easy and have fun.

I am doing week 4 day 2 tomorrow (it will be raining). I think I might like rain better than high humidity!
Terrified of week 5 day 3!

Cathy - try not to be intimidated. Just remember that you've done all the preparation you need. There was a time - for all of us - when the thought of running for three minutes, or five minutes, or eight minutes or ten was absolutely terrifying. But we all made it and for a very good reason: the plan works - you're ready.
Just remember to pace yourself and concentrate on the time you run and not the distance.
