Ive lost 16lbs as of today 224 to 208 (Im 6'2") Looking to get under 200
today I had my best mile and best 5k time so Im pretty happy!!..
I actually have a little sadness. Whats next for me? I have a 5k sept 13th that im training for, then after that I dunno probably gateway to 8k. I want to be ready for 0ks in the spring..
Anyway Push on people. I cant quite describe the feeling of accomplishment. Week 1 I barely made it through the first inetrval. Thought I was going to die. Cant believe Im at 30min plus now

Congrats to you! Job well done!
I've just been keeping at my 30 min runs for a few weeks now since completing the program. Going to One Hour Runner or Gateway to 8K next. Want to do a 10K Turkey Trot in Nov :-)

Congratulations!!
I had the same feeling after finishing. I've decided to go with Gateway to 8k so that I keep up the running habit and don't lose all the hard work.
Next up: More 5k running!

Fantastic effort! Well done and congratulations on your achievement.
Good luck for the 5k - and for those of us still some way off finishing, it'll be inspiring to read all about it.

Congrats on finishing!
I did Hal Higdon's Spring Training program right after Couch to 5k and it was a great next step for me. I finished that and am now half way through his intermediate half marathon plan.

Thanks for posting the Higdon link. I'm looking at it to figure out what program to do once my C25K is done in a few weeks. The 8k or the novice 10k look pretty good.
Keep Running! Cheers Batman

Brilliant effort Codeslave.
You should be very proud of what you've achieved.
