So I'm one of the 5 people in America without an ipod. I have a microsoft zune and honestly like it much better than ipod, but there isn't much available for it. I downloaded some podcasts for it, but is there any specific ones that y'all know of? I think someone mentioned one that has music then tells you when it's time for a cooldown period?

Robert Ullrey's podcasts in MP3 format are available on the C25K site. Those work on any player.

scroll thru -they say if you don't have itunes click here....download to the c drive and then transfer to your media program and sync w/MP3
