Your podcasts have been invaluable to me while I trudge along through C25K - the music is awesome and really gets me going.  I tried Robert Ullrey's but I cannot STAND the techo stuff - it bores me to tears.  I love that you mix all different types of music  and I'm always looking forward to the next week's playlist.  Thank you, thank you, thank you!!    Report

You should be able to right click/save them and then drag them into iTunes... then transfer them to whatever you use - iPod or otherwise. I have an old ipod nano but I think maybe it is too old for your podcast?? Is that possible? Is there any way I convert them to an older version so I can use them?? Thanks    Report
