For me I look for songs that not only "pump me up" but also evoke some emotion or that sort of "zones me out".    Report

You can double tap the home button to bring up the song controls without stopin the app, just make sure it's a double tap or you will stop it. FYI, for those iPhone users, with the upgrade to 3.0, the wireless headsets are sweet and now easy to use with no additional parts. Works great. As does the shake to shuffle. I had been using my Nano at the gym, but more and more using the iPhone.    Report
