Thanks Knoddie for setting this up and for all the resources you have on this website - you runners as such a nice bunch!
I have just finished week5 and completed my first 20 minute run. I still can't believe that I actually ran that long (although a lot of people walk faster than I "run") and am amazed at how well this program works. I can't wait til my next run and am looking to enter a fun run in a few months time.

Hey Knoddie, thanks for setting this forum up - it makes for a good accountability group, and allows us to encourage each other as we get fit.
I also heard about this on another forum where I am in an accountability group for C25K. They told me I could glean a podcast set through this site. Looked around, I'm impressed. Hope someday next year I'll be up to a 10K. I don't think I'll ever think it's a 'nice easy run'. (Ran in one 22 years ago, was downhill from there... but it was UPHILL during it.) ;)
